About our Fiscal Sponsorship with The International Community Foundation.

Terra Peninsular, A.C., is a Mexican nonprofit organization based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. We have partnered with The International Community Foundation (ICF) as our Fiscal Sponsor.

Like Terra Peninsular, ICF works with local organizations in Mexico protecting and preserving endangered wildlife and habitats, strengthening civil society and promoting sustainable communities.

Although Terra does not have its own tax-exempt status, the Internal Revenue Service allows our donors to make charitable contributions through our Fiscal Sponsor, The International Community Foundation - Terra Peninsular Fund. As such, donations are made in their name and all donations are tax-deductible.
